Aubyn Rose is here to spoil you. We hope you love your purchase, however we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase you have up to 31 days from the original order date to return your item.
We want to make the process as quick and easy as possible so we’ve included a return address label on the invoice. Simply circle the item you'd like to return on the invoice, peel the label off the top and stick it to the return parcel. Remember to place the invoice in the parcel and then send it back to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service as we can’t be held liable for return packages that get lost in transit. All returns will be processed within 2 working days and the money will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note refunds do not include original shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
